He is survived by: his children, George Ragsdale, Tammy Lynn, Terry Ann, Teresa Darlene, Pamela Jean, Garland Piercy and James Woodrow; and his siblings, Cecil, Joyce Price and Judy Baker. He is also survived by his 7 children; 15 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and countless nieces and nephews.
