She was predeceased by: her parents, John Robinson and Virginia Robinson; her husband Rodney Allen Arters, Sr.; and her sister Joan Arters. She is survived by: her children, Rodney Allen Arters Jr., Matthew Arters, Christina Ensling and Bettina Scibilia; and her grandchildren, Rodney Arters, Emily Arters, Andrew Arters, Madeline Woods, Libby Arters, Ian Arters and Josephine Scibilia.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the East Brandywine Baptist Church Cemetery (999 Horseshoe Pike, Downingtown, PA 19335). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
