We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2023, at the age of 88, Jaye Vinton Garrett of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, born in Strongstown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vinton Garrett and Martha Garrett (Davis); his wife Judy McDermott; his daughter Suzan Maus; his son-in-law Mark Pasko; and his brothers, Max and Alvin.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Garrett of Ebensburg, Laura Pasko of Nanty Glo and Timothy (Sue) of Cochranville; his son-in-law Ed Maus of Nanty Glo; his granddaughter Jessica Maus (Teresa Langford); his great grandchild Zayden of Cincinnati; his granddaughter Melanie (Mike Barkley); his great grandchildren, Logan and Garrett of Johnstown; his grandson Keith Maus (Mary); his great grandchildren, Avery, Lily and Makenzie of Vinco; his grandchildren, Melissa (Adam Finkle) of Carrolltown, Carey Garrett of Ebensburg and Sarah Pasko (Alex Gaskey); his great grandchild Jules of Delmont; his grandchildren, Kate Garrett and Lauren Garrett of Cochranville; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Beth Parana (Francis) of Belsano, Pat McDermott (Patty) of Nanty Glo and Claire McDermott of Sellersville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
