He was predeceased by: his father Victor Joseph; and his siblings, Victor J. Lucas III and Jayne Lucas. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jane Lucas of Mahanoy City; his wife Virginia; his children, Kelvin Victor "Buddy" Lucas (Christina Gutierrez) and Emily Grace Lucas (Michael Spirito); his grandsons, Oliver and Henry Lucas; and his siblings, Harry Lucas, Michael Lucas and Christine Davis.
