He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Johnson and Sofronia Johnson (Tyler). He is survived by: his child Phoenix Johnson; and his brother Jack Johnson. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; also survived by many aunts, nieces, and nephews.
