Quay Jr. of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, born in San Diego, California, who passed away on July 21, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Holly Quay (Kulp); his parents, George T. Quay, Sr. and Verna Quay (Hall); his children, Tracy Quay (Clinton Arnold) of Coatesville and Robert James of Wilmington, NC; his grandchildren, Dustin, Brennan, Maddie Hawk, Anna, Miles and Hollyann Arnold; and his sister Linda Martin of Tennessee.
