We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Frederick N. Gates of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, born in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gates and Elizabeth Knisely Gates; his son Stephen Gates; and his brothers, Robert and Bill Gates.

He is survived by: his wife Elsie McGinnis Gates. He is also survived by ses his wife he is survived by a grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Chester County Council Boy Scouts of America.
