He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Powell and Dorothy Powell (McLaughlin); and his brothers, Hubert Gerald Powell and Eric Powell. He is survived by: his wife Jill Marie Powell (Hackbart); and his children, Rachel Powell-Brown (Harold) of Spring City, Hillary Kostecki (Aaron) of Warren, OH and Rebecca Powell of Downingtown. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
