We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2019, at the age of 70, Frances Delcontie (Downingtown, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Rizzo and Mary Rizzo; and her brother Louis Rizzo. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Vosburgh (William) and Julie Sheets (Gary); and her sister Barbara Connell (Thomas). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
