He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Panetti (Urbine); his parents, Vincenzo Panetti and Elizabeth Panetti (Lucidi); and his siblings, Jessie Sardella, Yolanda Marcocci, Amelia Mason, Dominick "Mink" Panetti and Edward Panetti.
He is survived by: his children, Vince of Downingtown, Tom (Kathy) of Downingtown, Mary (Donald DiStefano) of Downingtown and Megan Panetti of Downingtown; his grandchildren, Lauren, Nicholas, Brooke, Jason, Fayth, Monica and Dominick; and his great grandchildren, Henry and Deen.
