Elizabeth R. Wampler Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth R. Wampler of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 19, 2025 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Weldon Whitfield and Charlotte Alberta Ridings (Hayes); and her sister Dora Jane Janov (Danie). She is survived by: her husband Sam; her daughters, Lisa Cullinan (Ken) of Waynesboro, VA, Laura Drill (Mike) of Downingtown, PA and Sarah Wampler of Virginia Beach, VA; and her grandchildren, Megan Cagle (Casey), Rebecca Grow (Nicholas), Sam Drill (Amanda), Grace Rex and A. J. Rex. She is also survived by loving siblings-in-law, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Eastlawn Memorial Gardens (2389 Spotswood Trail, Harrisonburg, VA 22801).
In lieu of flowers, and to honor the care team at Tel Hai Retirement Community, contributions may be made in Liz's memory to the Tel Hai Good Samaritan Fund, an emergency assistance fund for Tel Hai team members.
