She was predeceased by: her husband Donald F. O'Neill; her parents, Elizabeth Ryan and John R. Masters; her brother John R. Masters; and her daughter Sharon O. Finnegan.

She is survived by: her children, Lisa A. Preskenis (Richard J. Preskenis) and Matthew F. O'Neill (Jane M. O'Neill); and her grandchildren, Thomas J. Finnegan IV (Kimberly Turner Finnegan), Liam P. O'Neill, Kate E. O'Neill and Ryan T. O'Neill.
