He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward W. Tipton and Mabel R. Tipton (Thompson); and his sisters, Joan Tipton Salluzzo and Linda Tipton. He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Keehn and Janet Drozdowski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
