He is survived by: his wife Diane V. of Malvern; his daughters, Cathy Wentz (Bob) of Downingtown and Lisa Cox (Barry) of Malvern; his grandchildren, Michael B. Wentz (Katie), Rebecca L. Welk (AJ), Christina A. Wentz (Chris Handzus), Christian A. Tarmin and Antonio A. Tarmin; and his great grandchildren, Emma Taylor Welk and Ginny Rae Wentz.
