With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah C. Garvey of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 9, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Joseph Garvey; her parents, Randall H. Charles and Marie Charles (Daylor); her children, Randy, Brownies, Juniors, Randall E. Garvey of Bowie and Elizabeth G. Willis (Geoffrey W. Willis) of Downingtown; and her grandchildren, Skyler R. Willis, Joseph W. Willis and London E. Willis.
