He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Hipp and Ruth Hipp (Kitchens); and his son Jason R. Hipp. He is survived by: his wife Lois Hipp (Bickings); his children, Wesley D. Hipp (Kelly) of Coatesville, Samantha Hipp Oberholtzer (Robert) of Coatesville and Benjamin D. Hill (Air Force) of New Mexico; his grandson Alexander Oberholtzer; his siblings, James Hipp (Victoria Dow), Diane Ray and Carl Hipp; his brother-in-law Herb Bickings (Laura); and his close friend Chester Eagles.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Lois Hipp (12 Edward Drive, Coatesville, PA 19320) to help defray funeral costs.
