She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodor Frye and Bernadine Frye (Wille); her husband Josef W. Melitz; her son Noel Melitz; and her siblings, Heinrich Frye (Gertrude), Elisabet Esser (Hubert), Maria Donohue (Frank) and Benno Frye.
She is survived by: her children, Stephan Melitz (Linda) of Massachusetts and Christina Galgano (Frank) of Downingtown; her grandchildren, Daniel (Lena), Jenna, Alissa, Josef (Lisa), Christian, Matthew (Devyn) and Zoe (Patrick); her great grandchildren, Mira and Cole; her sister Anni Nölker; and her sister-in-law Maria Frye.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (2835 Manor Rd, Coatesville, PA 19320). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
