She was predeceased by: her son Paul J. McGovern; her brother Edward Alexander; and her parents, Edward R. Alexander and Claire Dolores Alexander. She is survived by: her husband Kevin J. McGovern; her children, Patricia Morrissey (Paul) and Kevin A. McGovern (Rachel Peazzoni); her grandchildren, Joshua T. Morrissey, Lily R. Morrissey and Leo R. Peazzoni; and her siblings, Nancy Keegan and John Alexander.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Penn Hospice & Home Care Services, 150 Monument Road, Suite 300, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
