Dilley (Daily); his children, Crystal Taylor (Kyle) and Christopher Dilley; his grandson Zachary Taylor; and his siblings, David Dilley, Edward Dilley (Sharon), Cecil Jr. Dilley (Tami), Sharon Fielding (Lawrence) and Susan Couram (Ronald). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
