He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Y. Arayata and Nita Llamas Arayata. He is survived by: his spouse Ma Teresa D. Arayata; his sons, Charles J. "CJ" Arayata, Ian N. Arayata and Sean E. Arayata; and his sisters, Aurora Manarang and Esther De La Cuesta.
Interment will be conducted privately at All Souls Cemetery at the convenience of the family. It is kindly requested that all guests wear face coverings and practice social distancing.
