She was predeceased by: her spouse Leamon Hackworth; her parents, Ira V. Truskett and Sarah A. Truskett; and her brother Everett Truskett. She is survived by: her sister Betty Jean Rubbo; her daughter Wilma G. Murphy (Michael); and her granddaughters, Linda Murphy of Walnut Creek, CA and Sharon Murphy of Hoboken, NJ..
