She was predeceased by: her parents, Severino Sperduti and Maria Sperduti (Violanti); and her sisters, Stella Bilka, Josephine Perella, Ada DiSanti and Rose Mozzani.
She is survived by: her husband Henry J. Sieracki; her children, Mary Simme (Kirk) of Downingtown, Donna Lee of Exton, Joseph Sieracki (Jacqueline) of Tarpon Springs, FL and Anne Ammazzaorsi (Mark) of Exton; her grandchildren, Amanda Young (Daniel), Lauren Ward, Ryan Simme (Alicia), David Lee and Brandon Ammazzaorsi (Emily); her great grandchild Leah Young; and her stepgrandsons, Darren Shoemaker and Matthew Shoemaker (Randee).
