She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Steen; her parents, Horace J. W. Shindle and Edna Mae Hilton Shindle; and her siblings, Mildred Root, Carol Arnold and Bailey Shindle.
She is survived by: her son Albert Franklin Steen of Coatesville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
