He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence (Eckenrode) and Wilbert R. Wagner, Sr.; and his siblings, Roy, Betty, Florence, Kathleen and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth R. (Colleen Wagner) of Dover, Wayne B. (Pamela Wagner) of Dover, Timothy M. (Lorraine Wagner) of Craley, Mary J. (Martha J.) of York and Berks Co; and his sisters, Joan, Nancy and Ruth. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren.
All attendees are asked to wear masks and PA DOH Covid guidelines will be followed.
