He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert V. Wiley and Doreene Wiley (Hoffman); and his siblings, Robert Wiley and Barbara Weigel. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn E. Wiley (Eckenrode); his sons, John (Britt Wiley) of York and Chris Wiley of Dover; his stepchildren, Brian Eckenrode of Manchester, Jamie (Kevin Crone) of Dover, Tasha (Brian Lindsay) of Dillsburg and Erin Bugg (Joseph Leaks) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Tyler, Lathian, Quinn, Madyson, Dylan, Jakob, Lucy, Lathan and Jeremiah; his siblings, Eric Wiley of Dover, Jane Gee of Red Lion and Linda Keffer of Cross Junction, VA; his aunt Elinor Achaj of York; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Wiley of Maggie Valley, NC and Charles Weigel of Seven Valleys.
All PA Dept. of Health COVID-19 guidelines will be followed including capacity restrictions inside the Funeral Home and masks required.
