It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth L. Dentler of Dover, Pennsylvania, born in Millers, Maryland, who passed away on November 19, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeremiah E. J. Henry and Georgia C. Merryman (Hahn); and her sisters, Frances Bowers and Arlene Lester. She is survived by: her children, Deborah A. Short (Ronald) of Dover, PA and William D. Reese, III (Susan) of Gettysburg, PA; her grandchildren, Jason Hardman (Colleen), Kevin Hardman, Holly Basmajian (Chris), William D. Reese, IV (Tabitha), Jenalee Short, Amanda Shipley, Melissa Smith (Troy) and Tracy Ingram (John Seiger); her great grandchildren, Brooke Hardman, Hannah Hornberger, McKenna Shipley, Lydia Shipley, Willow Hardman, Pryce McClane, Gavin Smith, Mason Reese, Keegan Reese, Addilynn Reese, Andrea Basmajian, Anna Basmajian and Anthony Basmajian; her great great grandchild Rylee Williams; and her brother William Merryman (Susan).
