He was predeceased by: his parent John Henry; and his brothers, Richard Culp and Victor Culp. He is survived by: his spouse Rhoda A. Culp (Blymire); his parent Mary Elizabeth Culp (Sherrick); his children, Kathy S. Lamparter of Dover, Karen L. Martin (Joe) of New Cumberland and James R. Culp (Terriann) of York; and his siblings, Jean Bowers of Hellam, Donna Smith of Columbia, Joan Clark of Brunswick, GA, Connie Hartlaub of Dover, John Culp of Sewell, NJ, Paul Culp of York and David Culp of Mountville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
