It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita J. Felton of Dover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 17, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Carlson and Thressa Elaine Carlson (Nosker). She is survived by: her husband David "Daryl" Felton; her children, David Felton (Debra) of Dunkirk, NY and Rhonda L. Wieder (Darren) of Hamburg, NY; her grandchildren, Lauren Vorberger and Jessica Suzano; and her great grandchildren, Juliana, James, Tristan, Kylar and Adriel.
