Acker of Dover, Pennsylvania, born in York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. Hibner Sr. and Goldie E. Hibner (Lowe); and her brother Clarence Hibner Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Brenda McKinley (Tim) of Etters, Doris Gable (Brian) of York, Frederick Ott Jr. (Karen) of York and Franklin Ott Sr. (Beth) of Dover; her grandchildren, Richard Covert Jr., Tiffany Covert, Ryan Wilt, Amanda Gable, Serenda Wright and Franklin Ott Jr.; and her siblings, Marquerite Welsh, Dorothy Markle and Meredith Herman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
All PA Dept. of Health COVID-19 guidelines and capacity restrictions will be followed with masks required.
