He was predeceased by: his brother Bennett Canterbury. He is survived by: his spouse Cathy L. Canterbury (Baker); his daughters, Allison Knull of Glen Rock, Tracie (John Guresh) of Seven Valleys, Michelle (Todd Stoner) of Spring Grove and Heather Smith of York; and his siblings, Dan Canterbury of Dover and Diane Wellman of Michigan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
