Kathleen Waters Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Waters of Dover, Pennsylvania, born in New Freedom, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 3, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter R. Houseman and Mabel Marie Houseman (Hare); her husband Carl K. Waters; her daughter Marci K. McEntire; her stepdaughter Jean Andreas; her son-in-law Thomas McEntire; and her brother Walter R. "Bob" Houseman.
She is survived by: her daughter Michele C. Zettle (Keith) of York, PA; and her stepchildren, K. David Waters of St. George, UT, Anne C. Logan (John) of Littleton, CO and Margaret R. Zandler of Alexandria, VA. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; as well as thirteen great-grandchildren.
