He was predeceased by: his parents, Rush A. Turner and Anna M. Turner (Diehl); his wife Elizabeth A. "Bette" Turner; his siblings, James Turner, Cleon Turner, Robert Turner and Anna Dublin; his granddaughter Linda Bigler; and his son-in-law Lewis "Skip" Love.
He is survived by: his children, David Turner (Barbara) of Mechanicsburg, Keith Turner (Christina) of Cincinnati, OH, Beth Riland (Kenneth) of Enola, Nancy Love of Dauphin, Kaye Leisey (Kenneth) of Myerstown and Kathy Klossman (Scott) of Royersford. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
