Rohrbaugh (Anstine); his parent Dorothy Rohrbaugh (Miller); his sons, Derek Zeigler, Jeffrey Rohrbaugh, Jr. and Bradley Rohrbaugh; and his grandchildren, Kylee Rohrbaugh and Kaitlyn Rohrbaugh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
