He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dale E. Raynes and Debra Decime. He is survived by: his spouse Pat S. Raynes (Kahlbaugh); his children, Stephanie L. Perez of Manchester and Matthew E. N. Raynes (Danielle) of York; his grandchildren, Aliyah (David), Aiyana, Hunter, Caden, Alli, Kendall and Brady; his great grandchildren, Alayah and Arzola; his brother Edward Raynes (Sherry) of Dover; and his pet Pearl. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
