He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigmund Joseph, Sr. and Janet Marie Owen Horvath; and his sister Cindy Horvath Aquillard. He is survived by: his wife Juanita M. Rutters Horvath; his sons, James E. Horvath, Jr. (Wanda Knights) of York and Joseph C. Horvath (Erica) of Dover; his siblings, Sigrid Hockenberry of New Bloomfield and Sigmund J. Horvath, Jr. of New Bloomfield; his brother-in-law David Aquillard of Gardners; and his grandchildren, James Michael Horvath, Nolan Richard Horvath and Daphne Eileen Horvath.
In lieu of flowers, it was Jim's greatest wish for blood to be donated in his honor to be used by those with needs.
