As Herbert departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Herbert may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Herbert leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Miller. He is survived by: his children, Ray Miller of West York, Diane Wolf of Hanover, Darlene Bowers of York and Lori Miller of St. Michaels. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
