He was predeceased by: his parent Grant T. Billett, Sr; and his brother Darrell Billett. He is survived by: his spouse Dorothy V. Billett (Olewiler); his parent Pauline Billett (Shaud); his daughters, Medina Billett Westcott of York and Holly Billett Bowers (Stephen) of York; and his sister Una Billett Miller of Red Lion. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
