He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin A. Miller and Sarah E. Miller (Kroft). He is survived by: his wife Debra J. Miller (Shearer); his brothers, Norman E. Miller of York Haven and Clyde M. Miller of Dover; and his father-in-law Darwin E. Shearer of Wellsville. He is also survived by three nieces, one nephew, and many close friends and neighbors.
