She was predeceased by: her husband Wilbur E. "Bill" Foulk; and her parents, John T. Felmlee and Charlotte A. Stayrook Felmlee. She is survived by: her children, Judy Swartz, Sharon Roser, William "Bill" Foulk and Felicia Grubb; and her siblings, Charlotte Phelps of Wilmington, NC, Lee Felmlee of Reedsville, David Felmlee of Lewistown and Shirley Wilson of Lewistown. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren.
