He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Faye D. Decker (Gladfelter) of Dover; his parents, Milton Decker and Esther Decker (Mitzel); his children, Debra Mann of Shiloh, Gina Decker of Perkasie, Todd Etter of Glen Rock and Cheryl Tassinari of Mt. Pleasant; his daughter-in-law Deb S. Decker of West York; his sister Phyllis Byers of York; his son Gregory Decker; and his son-in-law Richard Tassinari. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
