He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank S. Elliott and Betty June Elliott (Page); his son Frank M. Elliott; and his sister Lilymay Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Nancy I. Elliott (Hartman); his daughters, Tina L. Bentz of Dover, Lorrieann Gross (Robert) of York Haven and Tonia Milliken (Joseph) of Mt. Holly Springs; his grandchildren, Aryon J. Gross of York, Danielle C. Diaz (Jay) of Shrewsbury, Michael J. Robertson (Alyx) of Dillsburg, Stephanie M. Gross of York Haven, Rebecca J. O'Leary (James) of Mt. Wolf and Elizabeth J. Bentz of Dover; and his brothers, William G Elliott (Debra) of York Haven, Thomas L. Elliott (Teresa) of Dover and Wayne E. Elliott (Freda) of York. He is also survived by his ten great grandchildren.
