Smith (Sutherland); his children, Savannah Hewett, Dustin Smith, Krystal Reed, Tiffany Shaffner, Jonathan Fowler, Sara Gordon and Staci Treadway; his siblings, Roger Smith and Sonya Reed; and his stepmother Linda Smith. He is also survived by grandchildren.
