She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marvin Seyfer and Dorothy Seyfer (Ruby); her husband Charles Franklin Hoover; her children, Sandra Elizabeth Bookhultz and Eric Michael; her daughter-in-law Julie Godwin; her grandchildren, Meagan Elizabeth Bookhultz, Kylie Godwin, Mckayla Godwin, Peyton Godwin, Braelynn Godwin, Marissa Godwin, Kierstin Foltz, Mason Bookhultz, Michael Godwin and Cade Godwin; her sister Janet Gilbert; and her nieces and nephews, Kristin and Chris Merrill.
