He is survived by: his wife Martha Mary Mehalko; his stepchildren, Shaun Yallop (Sharon) of Norwich, England and Kelly Penney (John) of King George, VA; his stepgrandchildren, Danielle Yallop, Sherri Yallop, Samantha Jones, Lisa Jones, Carl Jones, Allison Penney and John Penney, Jr.; his siblings, Catherine Mowrey of Wilcox, John Mehalko of Kane and Joseph Mehalko of Kane; and his siblings-in-law, Zella Mehalko of Magnolia, DE and Randy Kalp of Fayetteville, PA. He is also survived by 14 step-great-grandchildren.
