He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjory E Tarbell (Mann) and Leroy M Tarbell. He is survived by: his wife Deborah S Tarbell (Carbaugh); his children, Jennifer Tarbell Wallitsch and Christian Tarbell; and his sister Debrah Tarbell-O'brien of Hummelstown. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
