He was predeceased by: his spouse Terrie L. Blackburn (Berkheimer); his parents, Ralph J. Blackburn and Colleen M. Blackburn (Kannabitter); and his brother Donald E. Blackburn. He is survived by: his close friend Connie Dennis of Dover, PA; his sons, Daniel D. Blackburn, Jr. (Laurie Zorbaugh) of Dover, PA and Robert L. Blackburn of Hershey, PA; and his siblings, Ralph Blackburn, Colleen Fink and Tina Rosengrant. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
