She is survived by: her husband Darrell Van Pelt; her children, Keith Van Pelt, Jessica Van Pelt (Remedios Hernandez) and Samantha Forry (Troy Forry); her siblings, Richard, Juju, Paulette and Barbara; and her grandchildren, Remedios, Trinidad, Sebastian, Soledad, Jason, Josh, Jasmine and Troy Jr..
