He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Metka and Carrie Yerger Metka. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Yocom Metka; his brother Karl Metka of Spring City, PA; his children, William H. Metka, Jr. (Ruth) of Largo, FL and Ruth Metka McVey of Douglassville, PA; and his grandchildren, Katie Metka Vilaret, Alex Metka, Kristine Metka Ardoin, Zachary Metka of Wesley Chapel, FL, Laura McVey Stefanick and Emily McVey of Douglassville, PA. He is also survived by his seven great-grandchildren.
