He was predeceased by: his parents, John Aulenbach Hendricks and Dorothy Miriam Hendricks (Kline); and his daughter Marcella Hendricks. He is survived by: his close friend Gwen Applegate; his son David J. (Tina Hendricks) of Douglassville, PA; his sisters, Janet Skiles of Canton, SD and Kitty Arms of Boyertown, PA; and his grandchildren, Lydia and Katharyne.
