She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph DeFrangesco and Rose (Cioffo); and her siblings, Joseph DeFrangesco, Jr., Rose Marie Haney and Loretta Bish.
She is survived by: her husband John F. Tobinus, Sr.; her children, John Tobinus, Jr. (Courtney), Darlene Tobinus and Travis Tobinus; her sister Joanne Hansley; and her grandchildren, Rachael, Hannah, Trey, Kayla, Emily and Chase.
